Chuck Dohrman at Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Given this process doesn't happen for most people very often, it can be overwhelming and confusing. We had complete confidence in Chuck from the beginning and he made the process easy instead of stressful (like it could have easily been). His explanations were always clear and I learned a lot more this time around with Chuck.

Chuck was very helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question, he answered my call immediately. Not having purchased a home in Maryland before, he offered suggestions of benefits I would not have been aware of.
