Mike was always available to promptly answer any questions we had, and he explained the process to us in a way that was easy to understand. He is very down to earth and friendly, which was reassuring during the nerve wracking experience that house buying is. In the end, he made the whole process easy for us, even though we know he and many other people did great deal of work to make it happen.
