As a first time home buyer, it can be a little daunting to take the step of buying a home let alone thinking about being locked into something for the next 30 years of my life. Upon talking with Michel he put me at ease. He was very thorough about discussing and talking about the options available to me as a first time home buyer. He guided me through the process as if he had done it a million times, which I am almost certain he has.
At the end of the day I did not purchase a new home, not because of anything on Michels' end but because of my lack of commitment. He and i both discussed options and we found that I was best suited not to make a home purchase at this point in time. His ability to sit down and carefully list out options, weigh the pros and cons of making such a monumental decision, his ability to be honest and forthright is why i would recommend him to anyone. At the end of the day, he seemed only to have my best interest at heart, when anyone has someone else best interests at heart thats where you build a solid foundation for a future relationship.
So thank you Michel for being awesome, guiding me, and walking me through the process. I look forward to working with him soon when all the right circumstances align, I will most definitely use him to help me with financing my mortgage.

Barry was a huge help in setting up my mortgage for my first home purchase in March 2016! I really don't know what I would have done without his guidance and willingness to work with me. I learned a lot and definitely benefited from having him at the table with me for a lot of the big decisions, explaining anything I had questions on with just the right amount of patience. He understood my reluctance (that's a lot of money!) but pushed me in the right direction without any kind of pressure. I highly recommend him
