My fears of Re-fi were put to ease by Renee Tucker. Renee listened to my concerns, and responded timely. Ms. Tucker to the time to explain each aspect of the re-fi to sure that I understood where we were as we progressed in each part of the process. Ms. Tucker was very attentive to my needs, and delivered on my expectations. Thank you for your professionalism and advisement during the stressful process.
