If you say ur going to call and explain information to the buyer,dont wait till the day to close to explain. I know this is a very busy market but when dealing with people you must have the patients of Job. I should fill comfortably calling and not fill like I'm getting on your nerves. There were times when I ask my realtor to speak for me because I did not feel comfortable asking questions.This was a very stressful time for me. I wish you the best.

Renee was really supportive during a process that is inevitably somewhat stressful, and gets you out of your comfort zone (as a first time home buyer). Her request were always clear, and her follow up on any issues was always prompt.
