Renee Tucker is a licensed residential mortgage professional with over 26 years of mortgage origination experience and is licensed with the current NMLS in California.
She is also well versed in one on one credit, debt and financial management counseling, as well as group workshop facilitation and home retention options. Renee also holds a real estate brokers license with the California Department of Real Estate.
She currently works for Primary Residential Mortgage Inc, a nationwide Direct Mortgage Lender since December, 2014 and is one of their top 50 mortgage originators.
Her approach has always been holistic, striving to empower her clients to make the best decisions they can by providing the knowledge, information and tools they need.
She is a past president of the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in Oakland which is known as the Associated Real Property Brokers (ARPB) and currently still serves on its Board of Directors. Renee was also past president of the affiliate organization, Women’s Council of ARPB and continues to serve as an advisor on their Board of Governess. She is also a director on the Board of the Community Child Care Council of Alameda (4C’s), a prekindergarten nonprofit for the past 4 years.
Passionate about the need for real grassroots financial literacy education in the community, Renee has also worked on the staff of Operation HOPE from 2012 to early 2015 as a Financial Management counselor.
