Ms Tucker has extensive knowledge of down payment assistance programs, more than any other lender I spoke with. If there is assistance money available, she will find it. She will be there 24/7 for you. She can explain things in way that is understandable to the first time home owner. Also, she is nice and easy to talk to.

Renee is very hardworking and diligent and landed a very challenging loan for my client that required timing a conventional loan with two unique local government programs. She was also able to approve my client for the amount needed to get into contract in a very competitive market when other lenders could not.
