I am a first time homebuyer and a person of african descent (AA). I wanted a lender that looked like me, spoke like me, and, most importantly, i needed a lender who i could trust with my money. Renee is amazing. She understands real estate, buying, selling and lending. Renee is smart and confident but not arrogant. Her assistant, Michael was a gem also. I am satisfied with my new house and the team who helped me acquire it.

Renee is very knowledgeable and honest; she under-promised and over-delivered which I find refreshing in a broker and also provided me with delight instead of disappointment.She was really clear about the financial and credit rating realities and also acted quickly when things changed to ensure that we were able to meet our goals. I am THRILLED with her service. There were a few communication glitches along the way, mostly due to my inexperience but Renee was very patient.
