Mrs. Tucker has a lot of patience working with older people. She explain everything in detail in way that they understood the process from the beginning to the end. Her customer service skills is one that I would refer other people to very friendly and dependable. It is nice for someone to tell you that they will call you back and the actually call back the same day. The experience with Mrs. Tucker was wonderful thank you so much for having someone in company who truly loves working with her clients.
