I really wasn’t digital savvy but I learned how to scan and send documents like a pro! Renee was very professional and patient. My husband doesn’t use the computer much socially and we had a few problems with his email and passwords, but she resolved that challenge. I never worked with a mortgage company that was so “technological”. Scanning and emailing documents made the refinancing process much easier.

Ms. tucker was exceedingly patient; no question was too banal or inane to answer. And she always made sure that we thoroughly understood her answers to our questions, and understood the process in which we were involved. All documentation was provided to us in a timely fashion, and was clear and accurate. Additionally, she seemed to go beyond the call of duty at times, ensuring that the loan process continued along a smooth course. BRAVO to Ms. Tucker, a sterling member of your team!

Mrs. Tucker was awesome and straightforward with the process but she always made me feel like she was rooting for me throughout the process and her assistant Michael Jenkins was like my BFF! My whole entire team was awesome. In my mind Mrs. Tucker was momma and Mr. Jenkins was big brother both awesome and not judging. So grateful for you and can’t wait to work with you sooner than later.

Renee was always professional yet warm and responsive to my inquires and clarifying questions. I appreciated also that I could contact her through phone, text, email or team members.
