Renee made the home buying experience so smooth and I am very grateful to have had such an amazing team to help me as a first time home buyer. She was able to find grants that we could apply for & when one of the grants was taking a while to approve she knew the laws & exceptions and advocated for me so we could expedite that process. Renee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout our whole process. She helped us utilize two down payment assistance programs, and handled communication with both. She educated us on much of the process, which was so helpful as first time homebuyers. When we started with her, we were discouraged by previous lenders that we had worked with.
