Excellent service, I had some personal bumps along the way but Eric walked me thru them and we were able to get it resolved. Finally was able to complete the refinancing process. Highly recommend Eric!!! The closing was excellent, we would gladly work with the whole PRMI team again.

Take your business elsewhere. My experience with this company, and with a mortgage broker - Byron Davis - in particular, was terrible. Davis mislead me regarding a government assistance program to help with the down payment. He told me it was a forgivable loan, as long as I stayed in the property for 3 years min. I double checked all of this with him. However, it turned out that in the flurry of all the paper signing, I signed up for a NON-forgivable loan, and am now on the hook to repay. I may not have gone with PRMI for my mortgage if I had known this loan was no, in effect, a grant. I'm now in hock for more than I expected to be. Davis tried to tell me that I had actually agreed to this with him, which is completely false as I would have remembered that. Why would I agree to go further into debt than I needed to? I had no real need for the DP loan; only took it as Davis, again, assured me it was forgivable. Byron Davis was not great to work with at any rate. If you are a woman, he will treat you with condescension, talk over you, and assume you are stupid. He failed to return calls and messages, and basically behaved like a bully all the way through. Take my advice: you can find someone better than this broker, and this company.

It has been a pleasure working with Jim, Amy, and the PRMI team as I purchased my first home! They were so helpful in answering questions, explaining the process, and we even had a few good laughs along the way! And now I'm a happy, grateful homeowner!!
