Jay worked 24/7 7 days a week for us. He made it happen!! It was a long tedious journey, as we needed tons of guidance and Jay deserves props for never giving up! He a great man. We love him.

It was painless (in what can be a painful process). Jay and Team were great and handled this tedious process with ease. If I had one area of opportunity, it would be to ask for what is needed up front in the process and do not wait until the end to ask for critical items that may take time to gather/request, etc.
