Michelle is absolutely wonderful!!! she really does care about people and did everything that she could to make sure i got the best service with the least amount of stress (which is hard cause buying a home is beyond stressful) she is so kind and patient. i am only 21 and when i started out with Alaska USA they really made it seem like it was going to be impossible for me to get approved. Michelle made the entire process feel like i could do it. when we would run into a problem she had a solution immediately. i am so grateful that Brandy Pennington referred us. i dont think i could be more happy with the services Michelle provided. i will recommend her to everyone she is amazing!!
