Michelle was phenomenal as always! She was able to take a file that wasn't going to close with another lender and she did her magic to make it happen. She saved the day! Although we didn't close in the time as projected, due to no fault of Michelle, she was able to keep it together and make things happen. Communication we had a lot of communication going over the last couple weeks if I didn't understand something she was there to help even if the question seemed silly she had no problem answering it and always let me know what was the next steps went out of her way to get papers from me when I could not get them to her
