We had several bumps along they way to closing on our home and Michelle went above and beyond to find solutions (went our existing home sale fell through!) And provide great customer service when we had questions or needed help. We were able to stay calm thanks to her professionalism. Thank you!

Michelle went WAY beyond to help close this loan. She was very informative, attentive, tenacious, easy to talk to, listened, responded quickly, patient, and kind. This was a very hard transaction for many reasons. Michelle made it happen. Thank you for not giving up!
