Greg made the process very easy and was very straight forward with everything. I am someone who nothing about the process and he helped me to understand every step of the way.

Greg was able to help me close on a house in the arrival and midst of the covid. He was presented with many obstacles, one being the termination of my initial FHA loan criteria. Within a ten day frame he was able to reevaluate, make adjustments, enroll in a new program, and close. I'm not sure that he slept and his commitment was exceptional. You can trust Greg Nelson.

Alex was AWESOME from start to finish. We got the ball rolling a few months ahead of putting in my first offer. He was super responsive anytime that I had questions and was available by phone, email, or text whenever I needed him. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind and his recommendations turned out to be spot on. And he's a super cool dude! Any time we spoke, it felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends who just happens to be incredibly knowledgable about mortgages.

We had a very difficult situation, with a lot of changes, Kathleen stayed with us through all our problems, and handled it like a champ. We are thankful to her and her team that helped us get to the next stage in our life. Thank you again for all you did for us, we are forever thankful!
