Kathleen is amazing, she is like a super hero and i say that because i know that she has several other clients but you would never notice at any time because when she's dealing with you she is dealing with you, Kathleen doesn't miss one beat i really don't know how she does it, i guess you would have to be a super hero ! Kathleen is really very very special you will see.
