Kathleen is so easy to work with, she’s friendly, responsive, and willing to answer questions. We felt confident she was working on our behalf and she and her staff made everything easy for us. This is the 3rd time we have used Alex and his team. We keep going back because he always has our families best interests at heart. This time was a waiting game. They did all the work; we waited until the time was right to refinance. We never had to worry because they did all the worrying and figuring for us! In the end we saved a lot on our monthly payment. Without a doubt if I ever need to finance again Alex is my go to!
