The whole process went smooth Especially during COVID-19. We were able to keep are social distancing and get the loan done pretty quickly. This is are second time using Kathleen and she is always puts her clients best interest first. If you needed something she was always available to answer questions and walk you though the whole process.

Kathleen was incredibly helpful during this process and by far the most informative from the moment of pre-qualification until the closing of our loan. She was there when we needed her for preapproval letters and estimates and only a phone call away any time, day or night.
