Working with Kathleen and her team was wonderful! This was my second time buying a house, and the first time the lender did not seem nearly as organized and there were a lot of last minute asks for additional information etc. Kathleen was the opposite! She was so organized and outlined what would be needed when regarding financial statements etc.. She replied to emails at all hours of the day/night when I reached out with a question. She also ran different scenarios for me to help weigh the best options for our home purchase. She checked in when rates had dropped to make sure we locked in at the right time - she was the best! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Jonathan and his team made the home buying experience an absolute breeze. You hear horror stories about first time home buyers and home buying in general, but my wife an I have no experience in that respect because of how great Jonathan was every step of the way.
