Mr. Nelson is professional and he made time for me. He was available for any questions or concerns I had along the way. None of my questions went unanswered, no matter how many times I asked the same one. I felt comfortable speaking with him and when I was in doubt about how things would go, he assured me it was going to be ok. He valued me as an individual and as a client and I appreciate that.
