Jon was a fantastic partner throughout the entire process. We worked together to make sure I could obtain the right rate before locking in. He was extremely transparent and flexible and had very insightful advise backed up with solid rationale. He answered everyone single one of my thousand questions immediately and called to check in and give status updates as necessary. I felt very taken care of every step along the way.
