I appreciate all that Kathleen did to help make it possible for us to buy our first home. At times it was very stressful, but she did all that she could to make it as easy a process as possible. She's patient with questions, quick to respond to communications, and understanding of individual circumstances.

At times the process of buying a house was very stressful overall, and there were a lot of deadlines and so much unending paperwork, but I appreciate the work that you did to make sure everything for our loan was completed as smoothly as possible, when and how it needed to be so that we could close in time.
