Kaoru was very easy to get into touch with and was always there to help along the way. Kaoru explained how things would work during the process very well. Being a first time home buyer was very nerve racking, however Kaoru made it so easy to understand. Kaoru kept me up to date with everything during the process with sending emails everyday. Couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer!

Kaoru was outstanding! This was my first transaction and he educated me as well throughout the entire process. He explained the different types of funding available for my clients.
