I'm really big on customer service and Kaoru handles this skill like a savant. I think since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, customer service suffered greatly. Kaoru doesn't adhere to these lax standards, impressing me at every juncture. He is patient and an awesome communicator, often times explaining complex information in simple terms. Kaoru is surprisingly curious and thoughtful in exploring best fits, from realtor recommendations to closing prep, he is a gift. With closing completed, I don't have a reason to talk to him, which I must say totally sucked. I literally cannot say enough about how exceptional Kaoru is... making the experience a beautiful one. I'm forever grateful!
