This was our first time buying a home so it was simultaneously an exciting and overwhelming experience! Kaoru was helpful in answering our many questions and very accessible. His advice helped us secure a good interest rate and first time home buyer benefits where possible. Because we were new to the process, it could have been helpful having some pieces of information a little earlier on, but overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely go to Kaoru again in the future!
