James and his team have followed in Jimmy Macs footsteps. They are a well oiled machine. James saw that the rates of a THDA were 2% lower than a VA loan on this particular day and saved the client hundreds a month by being a knowledgeable lender. He is professional and organized in all of his processes.

We had to change lenders during this process due to the lender who referred Wilton to me could not do the mobile home deal. I appreciate you working with the other lender and me and the buyer to get this done. He was happy with your service and that makes me happy too!
