James, Jim, Nacona and the whole team did an excellent job of providing me with up to the minute status reports for the progress of the loan. While I had the Listing, this was so important, and very unusual, that a Lender would keep the Seller side of the transaction so completely informed without the Realtor having to ask a single time!! Hat's off to PRMI and the JimmyMac team!!
