Frank was very transparent about the process and all our options. He was always available for questions buy phone and text and was quick to respond to questions or requests. He set up a text chat between everyone involved. He attended our closing and made the whole process from start to finish smooth and added a personal touch to our experience. I look forward to working with him in the future with refinancing and loan retention.
