She needs to make sure to tell the borrower all the do’s and don’t before telling them numbers. I was told to pay my moms credit card off or be taken off of it but what I wasn’t told was if I’m taken off of it that my loan credit would go down $20k so I missed out on the extra $20k that I wanted to borrow against my house cause I wasn’t told the do’s and don’t of my loan.
