I want to express my sincere appreciation to Primary Residential Mortgage and the entire team that handled my client's loan for their new home purchase. Our closing on November 28, 2023, was a tremendous success. Despite facing some obstacles, the mortgage company maintained an exemplary level of communication with all involved parties and provided necessary instructions promptly to ensure the continuous progress of the loan.
The dedicated team assigned to my client consistently sent weekly emails, keeping everyone updated on the loan process. Additionally, they made direct phone calls to ensure my client had a clear understanding and to address any necessary questions. The lender provided my client with closing cost numbers well before settlement, ensuring a thorough understanding of the total amount due. There was no discrepancy between the amount provided by the mortgage team and the actual closing day, resulting in a smooth process.
My client expressed immense satisfaction with the entire process and the service level provided by Primary Residential Mortgage. Having been in partnership with the company for over 10 years as a Realtor, I have referred many clients because I can always rely on their professional and efficient lending process.
