John and his team were the best, they were honest, kind and made the process so easy and hands free it was unbelievable! Final numbers came back way lower than we anticipated too! They made it such a seamless and worry free process, they made it easy for us and took a lot of stress off our shoulders as we just sold our home 6 weeks prior to closing. We really appreciate all their guidance and help getting this deal done! allowed us to get our home for our family to grow in that we love!
