If you’re a first time home buyer who’s looking for a team to provide top notch service, definitely call Primary Residential Mortgage. TJ and Loni were so very helpful in every step of the process. They made sure I understand everything and kept me informed of each step of the process. The icing on the cake is when John, CEO, calls you personally twice to make sure everything was okay!!

There are so many reasons as a Realtor that you want John Thomas and his team as your loan officer. Starting with the different loan programs that works best for your client. The weekend warrior program (having a loan officer on call during the weekend). John Thomas and his team are not just your loan officer partner, he wants to be your Real Estate Partner and help you succeed. He puts on workshops that helps you grow you business.
Once under contract I apricate the professional team that keeps everyone up to date. I know once PMRI group has the file we are going to close quickly without any issues.
