We are first time home buyers and we were not sure what to expect . John Thomas Team goes above and beyond . This has to be the best customer service experience ever. Some of the awesome people that have helped along the way Sarah and Loni ooh Loni is absolutely joyful and kind. She’s very professional does not make you feel like a number and explains things easily for you to understand. We also had attended the first homebuyers class which was free !! How can you beat all of that knowledge and for free. John Thomas and his team want to see you in your new home and they keep you informed and posted every single step of the way . The constant communication for myself and my partner helped with the stress levels that can naturally come along with buying a home . No horror stories here. Constant contact from John's team through out the entire mortgage process from start to finish. The weekly updates were great as I know exactly where we stood and what was still needed from everyone. Couldn't ask for more!

The company was very nice and kept in contact with me on a weekly basis but I had to withdraw my loan because one of the workers for the office called me and didn’t realize that I was on the phone and was talking about she is so ugly, But I didn’t ask her who she was talking about but by the tune of her voice I am sure she knew I heard her so I just said I am not interested in the loan anymore I just can’t believe that they have someone so unprofessional working for the company.
