I am truly grateful for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc located at 248 E Chestnut Hill Rd in Newark Delaware. From day one they were the epitome of professional. I had to close in 30 days and they did it. Sara and Loni are the best. They walked with me through this process encouraging me along the way, assuring me they had my back AND THEY DID!! John Thomas personally called and congratulated me and that meant the world to me. These people REALLY care. It is not just a job for them it is their passion. I will forever be grateful and recommend Primary Residential to everyone I know who is in the process of buying a house.

I highly recommend Primary Residential not because they gave me a loan but because of the time and dedication demonstrated to make it happen. This is my SECOND TIME using their services and they are consistent. They were “more” above and beyond then they did the first time. I am convinced that while they do make something, they do not do what they do because of what they make. Primary Residential does what they do because they demonstrate their core value which is helping people. I love these guys and they will ALWAYS have my business. The employees make doing business with PRMI an educational as well as worthwhile event. Sure, it's a lot of work but every time I had a question or something wasn't going as it should have, the employees (from the sunny and ever-pleasant receptionist to the underwriters and yes even to Mr. John Thomas, had the answers and made me feel like I could handle anything! It's a pleasure for me to be a part of such a wonderful company. My thanks to you guys. . . I'll never forget you!

The constant communication the team had with us as we were looking for a house was awesome! They made us feel like they wanted us to have a house as much as we did. Everyone we spoke to literally treated us as if we were family. Highly recommend to friends!!! Thanks for everything and we love our house!!!

The communication helped make this an amazing experience . The John Thomas Team has different people that you are in contact with during the process for certain steps . You feel like it’s your team working their best to get you into your home . The educational tools , the and digital tools also made things very convienent . Tuesday updates , mortgage step by step process videos are outstanding! Professional and kind staff. It has made me want to share with others.
