Primary Residential . . . is the BEST. I shopped around with (3) different lenders. Primary Residential EXCEEDED them all. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. My situation was unique and I needed to close in 30 days . . THEY DID IT with two days to spare. Walked me through and explained every step of the process. I was kept in the loop and never had to wonder what was going on with my loan. They even helped me get my home insurance. If you need a lender PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL is the place to go. EVERYONE involved in my process demonstrated a PASSION for what they do. I could not ask too many questions, call too many times or send to many emails. If I exhibited the slightest bit of frustration . . . they were there to talk me through. If I had to compare the service I received at Primary Residential to another industry it would have to be the care and concern the nursers in ICU extend toward their patients.
