It was my first time buying a house and I don't think it would have been possible without Dale! He was super patient and took the time and more to explain and walk me through the entire time. He also went out of his way to talk to my 401k for over two years to help them read the forms. I am definitely going back to Dale when I am in market for a new house again!!
