Dale was great to work with. He kept in contact through our whole process. He would always check in on us. He gave us updated information in a timely manner and kept us informed of the interest rates. Kim was also amazing in getting us the information that we needed and keeping us on top of things. When I would call the office, they were great in helping me solve my problem.
The closing went so smooth. They were flexible and had my documents on time. I loved that some of it was e-sign. Overall, I enjoyed working with Dale.

Dale was the only person to take the time to explain how the processes works. I was made to feel comfortable every step of the way. I knew I could contact Dale at any time and he would answer or get back to me right away.
