Working with John Scapin of Primary Residential Mortgage was a breeze. He was very pleasant and helpful with the refinancing of our home. He was always there when we needed help or a question answered. I would recommend working with John if you want to buy or refinance a home. He’s the best around.

Highly recommend Michael Scapin at PRMI. I seriously will always do business with him and only him. After 3 different mortgage closings with Michael, one involving our daughter in Tuscaloosa, he has been extremely helpful and follows through on every detail. He shares his knowledge, answers questions, keeps the client in the forefront and is accessible—even on short notice. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Michael and his company.
