Chad was great at explaining the process and complicated jargon of purchasing a house to me as a first time home buyer. I was unsure if buying was even an option for me, but he found programs that assisted me with that process and made it a reality.

I’m a 20 year old first time homebuyer. I worked with Chad and he made this process smooth, understandable and amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. He was always available day or night if I had a question. I won’t work with anyone else, until he retires.
