Chad was responsive, knowledgeable, and gave great advice and guidance. His explanations were always at the right level to help us understand concepts and processes that were outside of our experience. Every conversation with him took exactly as long as it need to -- he never made us feel rushed, and he was always prompt to answer any spontaneous questions that came up.
His experience and great bedside manner was deeply appreciated!
