I’m impressed with Chad. He always made sure to explain the process every step of the way and didn’t hesitate to respond to the slightest, sometimes repetitive question. He work with our realtor to ensure closing was on track and moving smoothly forward.
Chad’s personality was as important to us as his professional proficiency. We enjoyed talking to Chad. He definitely knew how to relate to us and our personalities and that made us feel comfortable.
