Our closing on November 28, 2023, was a tremendous success. Despite facing some obstacles, the mortgage company maintained an exemplary level of communication with all involved parties and provided necessary instructions promptly to ensure the continuous progress of the loan.
The dedicated team assigned to my client consistently sent weekly emails, keeping everyone updated on the loan process. Additionally, they made direct phone calls to ensure my client had a clear understanding and to address any necessary questions. The lender provided my client with closing cost numbers well before settlement, ensuring a thorough understanding of the total amount due. There was no discrepancy between the amount provided by the mortgage team and the actual closing day, resulting in a smooth process.
