David White's leadership is evident. He is involved and accessible; he solves problems.
He needed to correct missteps of his team occasionally. One agent had a family emergency and all communications came to a grinding halt and left us holding the bag. David got involved and kept the train on the track, but hand-off between his staff should have been seamless.
Overall a painful experience made OK by David. (pain not caused by David, but the loan process itself for VA).

Working with Kelli made my first home buying experience memorable and easy. She was available for all of my many questions, and never made me feel my questions or concerns were insignificant, rather that they were important and valid. I appreciate the personal attention and consistent communication throughout the process. Kelli certainly made this event positive every step of the way.
