Kelli, Pamela & Miriam at PRMI were all absolutely amazing. We feel the team went above and beyond to get our loan closed ahead of schedule. We ended up closing 2 weeks earlier than our contracted closing date with little to no hang-ups! We would highly recommend PRMI to anyone looking for great rates and the best service available. The communication I received from David and his staffer, Susan, was top notch! If I had a question, it was answered very quickly. I did most of my correspondence through email, and having a quick reply by email multiple times a day, is almost unheard of- this sets David’s office a part from the rest. As a first time, home buyer- I was very new to the process, but felt very taken care of with updates and the videos sent to teach me about the process were appreciated, too! I highly recommend them!
