Mr Felton and his team look out for your best interest, when it comes to financing for a home purchase. There are a couple of homeownership grants through the county, their office will do there best to get you qualified. All of the staff are welcoming.

Danny and his team were excellent!! Not only did he find a home for my family, but also a great mortgage and down payment assistance program to make securing a home in the community I was born and raised in affordable. If it wasn't for his team, I may have had to move away.

There was certain things I wished that I know prior closing.
It would be best to sit with the client and tell them what kind of mortgage that they are getting with every payment and down payment options.
But otherwise the process was smooth.
