Ralph and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get us in our new home. He was there to answer all of our "first time home buyers questions" and made sure we understood the process. We had a very positive experience and will definitely use Ralph in the future!

Ralph and his team know what they are doing, and they keep up with all the 'latest and greatest' in the mortgage industry. All of my questions and concerns were answered and explained, and I felt confident in his answers to me. If there were better numbers out there available, he would make them happen! I recommend Ralph and his team any chance I get.

This was by far the scariest thing ive ever done, and Ralph and his amazing team made it so easy! He not only helped find a loan that suits my needs, but answered all my questions in a way that i could understand them. I will definitely recommend Ralph 100%.

Having worked in the Escrow industry, I thought I always knew what was best. As we began to work with Ralph and his team, they found loan opportunities that I never knew existed, and helped our family secure the home of our dreams. We didn't close escrow on time, which had more to do with purchasing a Short-Sale home. We are blessed to know Ralph and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage.

My husband and I had moved to California and found that we was looking to purchase a home. We was leasing a home at the time. When we found the one we wanted we told Ralph Gresham that we would like to have this closed before having to sign another lease which would of been due at the end of that month. Ralph worked very hard at getting this closed before that time. We closed two weeks before the end of the month! We was very pleased with the experience of purchasing the home.
