I felt comfortable asking questions, and received the answers I needed. The process was fast, once we got our house sold, and I didn't worry too much about paperwork because I knew it was covered. The process was great because Ralph, and his team, knew what I needed and helped me get it.

I asked questions early on in the process.
What is the interest rate?
Is it a 15, 30, or other year loan?
How much will the loan cost?
I was told we would talk about it later.
We never did talk about it.
I asked for $80,000.
The loan was for $90,000. No one asked me or
or explained why.
My wife was taken off the deed because she couldn't find her social security card.
This was explained at closing, when it was too
late to do anything.
