I found the home I wanted almost immediately. It was love at first site. I spent 2+ months with Bella Hart (THE most awesome realtor EVER), trying to close on a loan. If it wasn't one thing it was another with the company that I was trying to get approved through. My stress level was extremely high and I was sick to my stomach everyday. After being told that the seller was close to backing out on the deal, I had a long conversation with Bella and she suggested I go with Shirley Hapner. I went into Shirley Hapner's office and was greeted very warmly. She assured me that she would do her best to get my VA loan closed as fast as she could. I was astonished at how fast she was able to get my loan processed. I was reassured A LOT during the process because she knew what I went through with the previous company. When you go to Shirley, you don't feel like you are just another person. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. I would highly recommend Shirley Hapner. When I first worked with Shirley it was as a client. Now I recommend her to my clients. Her hands on approach, advise, and attention to detail streamline securing a mortgage. She will take the time to explain any issues with the approval process, and help to resolve them. On top of that, she is easy to talk to, and a lot of fun to work with. The office staff is friendly and match Shirley's professionalism.
